When I was little, my brother and I asked our parents to buy the brightly-packaged kids’ cereals for our breakfast. But our health-minded parents managed to convince us that all those colorful boxes of sugary cereal actually contained the same foods we were already eating for breakfast. The healthy, nutrient-rich breakfasts we were eating just came in different boxes and containers. This little white lie in the cereal aisle was my early introduction to the idea and importance of healthy living. Little did my parents know that it would also be the start to my lifelong curiosity and interest in all things healthy. As time went on, I met (and continue to meet) obstacles on my journey to health and wellbeing, but they only strengthened my interest in how to lead a healthy, active life. From the cereal aisle to doctors’ offices, my health journey has taught me valuable lessons and given me a unique perspective into the predicament of our health care system. Now, as a Naturopathic Doctor and president of 3 Dimensional Health & Wellness, my curiosity and interest has cemented into passion and expanded well beyond my own personal health journey. Now I hope to help you with yours. The one-dimensional treatments and philosophies that are the focus of our current health care system do not address the full scope of an individual. I believe in treating the whole person, all three dimensions. From this belief, 3 Dimensional Health & Wellness was born. Our goal at 3D is to provide quality, individualized health care to restore you to health, wherever you are, by addressing all your unique dimensions. You’re not one dimensional; why should your health care be?
Dr. Cynthia Monteil

Dr. Monteil completed a certified Naturopathic medical residency in Billings, MT with a primary focus in Naturopathic oncology, physical/sports medicine and integrative family medicine. She provided integrative oncology care to cancer patients at the St. Vincent Frontier Cancer Center in Billings and taught cancer survivorship and weekly lifestyle improvement classes for patients and their families. She was also a participating physician in the Paul Gardner Pain Relief Foundation, which provides alternative natural treatments for veterans suffering with pain. Restoring veterans to health and being their healthcare advocate is especially fulfilling and inspiring for Dr. Monteil.
Currently, Dr. Monteil is completing a specialty personal training certification to become a cancer exercise specialist. She strongly believes that focusing on the whole person, in all its dimensions, rather than treating individual symptoms, is the foundation of all good health and healing. By incorporating proper nutrition and exercise prescription and instruction into her individualized treatments, Dr. Monteil empowers her patients to improve their overall quality of life. She thoroughly enjoys helping her patients recognize their body’s wonderful and innate ability to heal itself.
There are many dimensions to Dr. Monteil, and her personal health challenges add meaning and significance to her work, as well as her pastimes. When she is not treating her patients or personal training, Dr. Monteil enjoys hiking, hunting, photographing nature, dancing and pursuing her personal fitness goals.

Assistant HealerI’m a married mom of four kids, with two dogs, three cats, and a whole flock of chickens. I’m an avid gardener, and spending time in my garden is my absolute favorite. I enjoy reading and dabble in blog writing as a hobby. I’ve been a Reiki practitioner from a young age, became a ThetaHealing® practitioner in 2019, and am currently working on becoming a BodyTalk practitioner. I love cheering on my kids in their various activities, starting my mornings with a good cup of coffee, and listening to all kinds of music. I’ve been a team member with 3D Wellness since 2022.
Angela McMaster
Craniosacral PractitionerI’m a mom of 3 amazing adult children and proud “Leedle” to 7 beautiful grandkids. Life is an adventure for me, whether it’s scaling a mossy rock wall under a glacial waterfall or working as a “Carni” at the State Fair in Palmer, Alaska.
In 1993, I married into Butte, Montana, and it quickly became my heart’s home. In 2019, I suffered a severe TBI, which left me unable to speak or write. After finding limited success with Western medicine, Craniosacral Therapy transformed my healing journey, restoring my communication skills and revealing the power of the body to heal itself. Now, I’m honored to join 3D Wellness as a Craniosacral Practitioner, ready to support others on their path to holistic health!
