Do you accept health insurance?

We do not accept health insurance directly. You have the option, however, to submit a claim to your insurance company, and if your plan provides coverage, you will be reimbursed.

Do you have payment plans?

We provide payment plans for our patients and are always open to discussion to help you arrange an appropriate payment plan that works for you.

How long is a typical visit?

An initial consult is an hour and a half. During this time, the doctor learns all she can about you to make highly individualized recommendations that are best for your situation and your health.

Office visits after the initial consult range anywhere from 90 minutes (usually only for a second visit) to 15 minutes. The typical length of time for a follow-up visit is 60 minutes. This time allows your doctor to be as thorough as possible to ensure the best treatment and health care are being offered to you.

What healing modalities are used?

At 3D Health & Wellness, we use all naturopathic modalities, such as:

  • Natural supplements
  • Vitamins/minerals
  • Hydrotherapy
  • Homeopathy
  • Mind-body medicine
  • Physical medicine
  • IVs and prescription medications when necessary

We also focus on diet and lifestyle counseling, including nutrition and exercise guidance.

How does natural medicine integrate into conventional medicine?

It is vitally important that your naturopathic doctor work closely with your medical doctor. Because some naturopathic therapies can interact with the conventional treatments prescribed by a medical doctor, it is crucial to see a licensed naturopathic physician so all necessary precautions are taken and all therapeutic interventions are safe and effective.
